I am embarking on a functional medicine food plan for myself and my husband.
We plan to start the Cardiometabolic Food Plan today and I hope to log our daily progress. But in true functional medicine style, this is not just about food, it’s about exercise, sleep hygiene and stress reduction. Stay tuned and I’ll update our progress as we go.
